However, if there's a problem, we're here to help.
πΏ Living Plants
Because plants are perishable living products, we cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind.
If your plant arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we can investigate.
π‘ Homeware & Accessories
If you've ordered homeware or accessories and changed your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.
β Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by arranging an appropriate replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
