Every plant is individually checked, watered where necessary and carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

We want you to love your new plants from the moment they arrive.
If your plant arrives damaged during transit or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the plant
- Photos of the packaging if it has been damaged
Our team will review everything as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Plants are living things, so each one is unique.
This means your plant may vary slightly from the product photographs in:
- Size
- Shape
- Colour intensity
- Number of leaves
- Natural markings
These differences are completely normal and are part of owning real plants.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the care of your plants passes to you.
We recommend unpacking your plants as soon as possible after delivery and following the care advice provided on our website.
Make sure you always quarantine any new arrivals away from your own plant collection.
