UK mainland orders are sent using DPD Tracked 24.

Our Delivery Service
We send all UK mainland orders using DPD Tracked 24, one of the UK's most reliable courier services.
Flat rate delivery — no matter how many items you order, you'll only pay £5.95 for delivery.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days.
Once your parcel has been collected by DPD, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation
- Tracking updates
- A delivery time window on the day of delivery
You'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, DPD Tracked 24 aims to deliver your parcel on the next working day.
While the vast majority of parcels arrive within this timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Occasionally, adverse weather, courier delays or circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times.
Plant Deliveries
Every plant is carefully inspected, prepared and securely packaged before leaving us, to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Because plants are living items, we may occasionally delay dispatch if extreme weather conditions, such as severe frost or heat, could affect their safe journey.
If this happens, we'll always let you know. 💚
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, DPD will send your tracking details by email or text.
Using your tracking link, you can:
- View your parcel's progress
- Receive live delivery updates
- Change your delivery date if eligible
- Arrange collection from a local DPD Pickup Shop where available
- Leave safe place instructions
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
Not Going to Be In?
If you're not home, DPD will usually attempt to follow any delivery preferences you've set or provide details of the next available delivery option.
Please monitor your tracking information to avoid unnecessary delays.
