We send all UK mainland orders using DPD Tracked 24, one of the UK's most reliable courier services.

Delivery Cost: Β£5.95 (Flat Rate)

No matter how many items you order, you'll only pay Β£5.95 for delivery.

🌿 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days.

Once your parcel has been collected by DPD, you'll receive:

  • ⏰ A delivery time window on the day of delivery

You'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way.

🚚 Delivery Times

After dispatch, DPD Tracked 24 aims to deliver your parcel on the next working day.

While the vast majority of parcels arrive within this timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as adverse weather or courier delays.

🌱 Plant Deliveries

Every plant is carefully inspected, prepared and securely packaged before leaving us to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Because plants are living items, we may occasionally delay dispatch if extreme weather conditions (such as severe frost or heat) could affect their safe journey. If this happens, we'll always let you know.

As soon as your order is on its way, DPD will send your tracking details by email or text.

Using your tracking link, you can:

  • View your parcel's progress
  • Receive live delivery updates
  • Change your delivery date if eligible
  • Arrange collection from a local DPD Pickup Shop (where available)
  • Leave safe place instructions

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
